Corning man charged with selling meth

CORNING, N.Y. (WETM) – A Corning man has been charged with selling methamphetamine in Steuben County.

Joshua M. Vreeland, 33, was arrested on July 28 after an investigation by the Steuben County Drug Initiative.

Vreeland was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, both Class D Felonies.

Vreeland was arraigned in Steuben County Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Village of Bath Police, City of Corning Police and Steuben County District Attorney’s Office assisted in the investigation and arrest.
