On Saturday, June 8, around 12:53 pm, patrol officers responded to the area of 808 Johnson St. in Elmira for the report of a menacing.
Upon arriving, officers met with an individual who advised that Rashad Graham had pointed what appeared to be a handgun at them.
The individual told officers that Graham demanded money from him during the incident.
The Elmira Police Department and New York State Police executed a search warrant at Rashad Graham’s residence, 805 Davis St. in the City of Elmira.
As a result of the investigation, Graham was charged with Attempted Robbery in the 2nd Degree, which is a Class D Felony.
