Flash Flood Watch issued for portions of the Twin Tiers

The national weather service in Binghamton has issued a FLASH FLOOD WATCH for Bradford County in Pennsylvania until 4 PM this afternoon.
Persistent rain showers with embedded heavier downpours this  morning into the afternoon may lead to increased runoff and the  potential for flash flooding across northeast Pennsylvania.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
