Muggy and mild as we go through the overnight hours. Skies will remain mostly cloudy ahead of a system that will work into the Twin Tiers after midnight. Once the system reaches the region, we’ll see wide spread rain work in. Possibility to see moderate and even heavy rain with embedded thunderstorms that could develop. Temperatures will remain mild, with lows only cooling into the mid to upper 60s.
Muggy conditions follow us into early Tuesday, along with lingering rain showers. Showers will slowly begin to taper off during the morning hours Tuesday. Skies will become partly cloudy with an isolated chance to see a pop up shower in the afternoon. Warm temperatures continue into Tuesday, with highs in the low 80s.
We will start Wednesday off on a dry note, with even seeing some sun through the clouds. Scattered showers and thunderstorm chances return by the mid to late afternoon hours. Temperatures through the seven-day will be in the low 80s before dropping back into the 70s by the end of the weekend.
