SATURDAY SUNSET: 7:32 PM
Dry and comfortable start to your Saturday! A weak disturbance that will pass over our region today will bring with it a chance to see some scattered light showers. All of us will see a mixture of sun and clouds throughout the day before these showers work in. Cool breeze out of the northwest will help keep temperatures in the low seventies, with some areas hovering around 70. Showers will linger early tonight before we are left under mostly cloudy skies. Overnight lows will fall into the low fifties.
High pressure works in for Sunday, allowing drier air to enter our area. This means we will be ending the weekend off on a mainly dry note, with only just a slight chance of an isolated shower. Still feeling like fall, as afternoon highs on Sunday will hover seventy. This quiet weather will stay with us for the start of the work and school week. Temperatures will gradually warm into the upper 70s and then into the 80s by midweek.
Unsettled weather makes a return on Wednesday as the next system brings in warmer air but also rain chances. We will see highs in the low 80s Wednesday, along with this we will be feeling that humidity. Chance to see scattered showers and storms as we go about our Wednesday afternoon. These showers will linger into Thursday, before we begin to dry back out by the end of the week. Temperatures after this system will fall back into the low 70s to round out the week.
