West winds turning southwest Friday evening with clearing skies. Another weak disturbance increases our cloud cover late, and a chance for light showers returns into early Saturday. Lows Friday night near 10 degrees.
Chance for light showers to flurries continues for Saturday. Otherwise, a mostly cloudy day with below average highs as temperatures only reach into the low to mid 20s. Lows Saturday night in the mid to upper teens.
Another cold front Sunday brings a chance for snow showers to the area. Winds increasing out of the southwest through the afternoon 10-20 mph and highs reach into the low to mid 30s. Localized heavy showers or squalls possible in the afternoon and evening, which will briefly drop visibility. Snowfall throughout the weekend staying light, anywhere from a quick dusting up to 2″ possible.
A stronger system making an impact on the region through early next week, increasing our chance for both snow and rain for Tuesday. Chance for showers continues through midweek. Highs Wednesday through Friday only in the teens and lows below zero.
