A chilly and rainy forecast continues into your day Tuesday with mostly cloudy skies as we track low pressure continuing to bring dreary conditions across the Twin Tiers. Rainfall today looks to stay less than a quarter of an inch. Highs this afternoon look to struggle to reach out fo the 40s, but most areas near 50 degrees this afternoon, which is well below average for this time of year. The chance for showers looks to continue into the evening and overnight. Lows tonight in the upper 30s to near 40 degrees.
Wednesday rain chances yet again continue with some breaks in the clouds which could give way to some pokes of sunshine, otherwise, we stay mostly cloudy. We continue to warm however into midweek, with highs on Wednesday in the mid-60s. The warming trend continues into Thursday and Friday with highs in the mid to upper 60s, with shower chances continuing and limited sunshine. There will be more dry times than rainy times through mid to late week as multiple smaller disturbances make their way through the Twin Tiers.
The weekend forecast still looking uncertain, but the possibility remains that we could see some sunshine return on Saturday with warmer temperatures in the 70s!
