AVERAGE LOW FOR JUNE 11TH: 52°
TUESDAY SUNRISE: 5:31 AM
TUESDAY SUNSET: 8:43 PM
A cold front passed through the region very early this morning, which will allow for a few showers or drops to linger before 8/9 am otherwise we track high-pressure building into the Twin Tiers. This will lead to not only decreasing clouds but dry conditions for the late morning and afternoon hours. Winds will become gusty out of the northwest, over 25+ mph at times, continuously acting to draw in cooler and drier air. High temperatures today will be in the low 70s with dew points back close to 50 degrees, which means comfortable conditions.
We stay mostly clear tonight with temperatures on the chilly side, lows falling into the mid 40s. Patchy fog is possible late tonight and into tomorrow morning. The dry and sunny weather continues into Wednesday as we being to warm up closer to average with temperatures in the mid to upper 70s. Clouds start to increase late Wednesday ahead of our next low-pressure system for the end of the workweek. Showers arrive very late Wednesday night and the risk for showers and a few storms exists on Thursday. Highs on Thursday look to be well below average n the upper 60s.
Friday we look to dry out into the afternoon, but showers to linger across the region. Also, an early look at your weekend, Saturday is looking mainly dry with some sunshine, temperatures in the upper 70s – but an unsettled patter looks to arrive into Sunday.
