Storm Prediction Center keeps the Twin Tiers in a Marginal Risk (1 out of 5, 5 being the highest) for strong to severe thunderstorm development with the biggest threat being gusty winds. Average rainfall staying under 0.25″, but isolated higher amounts possible in any strong to severe thunderstorm that may develop. Breezy southwesterly winds ushering in the warmth and moisture with highs in the mid to upper 80s and dew points into the 60s. Drying out Wednesday night with decreasing clouds. Lows Wednesday night near 60 degrees.
