AVERAGE HIGH FOR JUNE 4TH: 75°
AVERAGE LOW FOR JUNE 4TH: 49°
TUESDAY SUNRISE: 5:33 AM
TUESDAY SUNSET: 8:39 PM
A frosty start this morning with chilly temperatures in the 30s across the Twin Tiers. We wake up however to some sunshine before clouds begin to increase through the afternoon. This is associated with our next frontal system that will begin to warm us up back closer to average mid week. High temperatures today still on the chilly side, topping off in the mid to upper 60s. We are mostly cloudy by this evening, with shower chances arriving late this afternoon and lasting into tonight.
Tonight we track light rain showers with temperatures warmer, lows in the mid to lower 50s. Winds start to kick out of the southwest overnight, on the light side 0-10 mph. This will allow for warm air to continue to flow into the region helping to warm us up mid-week.
Wednesday the chance for showers and a few storms do exist with mostly cloudy skies, but we are on the warmer side with highs back close to 80 degrees. The warmer stretch does continue into the rest of the week. The rain chance does linger into early Thursday before we start to dry out and watch high pressure roll in. Right now the weekend forecast has not changed much. Friday, Saturday and Sunday all looking dry, sunny along with temperatures in the upper 70s close to 80 degrees.
