A stationary frontal boundary sets up in central Pennsylvania Wednesday with weak waves moving through. This keeps mainly cloudy skies with us along with the chance for showers and thunderstorms. Limited instability, so not expecting anything strong to severe. Still, plenty of moisture available with dew points near 70 degrees. Average rainfall staying under 0.25″. Feeling warm and humid with highs into the mid to upper 80s. Rainfall tapers Wednesday night as a small area of high pressure builds into the region. Lows Wednesday night near 60 degrees.
Dry start to the 4th of July, but chance for showers and thunderstorms returns late day with afternoon heating. At this early vantage point, nothing strong to severe expected.
