Happy Mother’s Day!! 

Low pressure system passing to our south is bringing us steady light rain all day. There is a chance to see brief downpours from this system. Highs today will be well below average, staying steady in the upper 40’s. Rain will continue during the overnight hours, although it will become light rain showers. Rainfall totals through the Monday morning has the opportunity to reach close to an inch in most of the Twin Tiers.

Cold and unsettled weather will continue heading into the beginning of the work week. Light showers will be scattered during the morning and afternoon. Highs still on the cool side, just hitting the low 50’s. Rain showers will finally begin to taper off through the day on Tuesday. Highs will once again be in the low 50’s.

Brief period of quiet weather on  Wednesday, skies will be partly to mostly cloudy. Highs Wednesday will be in the lower sixties. Unsettled weather will return for the end of the work week, but temperatures will gradually be working there way back to average. Sun will return for Saturday and we have an opportunity to reach the low 70’s.
