HAMMONDSPORT, N.Y. (WETM) – A Hammondsport man has been arrested after allegedly injuring a family member, damaging property, and resisting arrest, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
Todd Morgan, 37, has been charged with Domestic Violence/Aggravated Assault, Menacing in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, and Resisting Arrest.
In addition, the Sheriff’s Office says that Morgan violated an Order of Protection issued on August 26, 2019. Morgan was charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.
Morgan was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail, in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by New York State Police.
