Homeless woman arrested for selling drugs

Felisha Robbins, 35, was arrested by the  Steuben County Sheriff’s Office in Erwin on Feb. 26, 2019.

Robbins, who police say is homeless, has been charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree.

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office turned Robbins over to the Bath Police Department.

Robbins was arraigned in Steuben County Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail.

The arrest was the work of the Steuben County Drug Initiative.
