A three month investigation leads to the arrest of two Hornell residents for the criminal possession of a controlled substance.
33-year-old Adam S. Moore and 25-year-old Jessica L. Davis are facing felony charges after they were arrested for selling heroin in the Town of Hornellsville on Tuesday.
Davis and Moore were arraigned and sent to the Steuben County Jail.
No bail has been set for Moore and Davis’ bail is set at $25,000.
