Hornell Police execute a search warrant that results in three drug related arrests

A Hornell Police investigation into the selling of street narcotics in the City of Hornell resulted in the arrest of three men at 9 Bostwick Place. 

After obtaining a signed search warrant from the Hornell City Court, police executed the warrant around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3.

During the search of the residence, police seized a quantity of heroin and methamphetamine for street sale along with packaging material, scales, and needles.

Leo Preston, 36, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third and Fifth Degree, along with charges of Criminal Nuisance in the First Degre, Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, and Eight Counts of Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.

Patrick Adams, 34, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third and Fifth Degree and for Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree.

Jacod Eygabroat, 41, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third and Fifth Degree.

All three men are being held in the Hornell City Jail awaiting arraignment.
