Howard man arrested after deputies find meth-producing products

The Steuben county sheriff arrested 31-year-old Robert Stehm after a domestic incident call and finding methamphetamine products..

The incident happened on June 7 in the Town of Howard.

The sheriff’s office says Stehm acted in a manner that was injurious to a child and harassed another person at the residence.

Upon investigating, deputies found meth producing vessels and meth oil.

Stehm was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated assault. He was arraigned in the Town of Howard Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
