Kitten found dead along road, State Police trying to find culprit

New York State police is on the search right now for someone they say threw a kitten out of an SUV.

State Police out of Coopers Plains say it happened around 6 p.m., Saturday evening. It happened along County Route 125 near Savona.

Witnesses say they saw the cat getting thrown out of a black SUV and the car then running over the kitten.

The kitten was found dead at the scene. At this time there are no specific details to the make and model, or license plate numbers.
