ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) – A large police presence has been reported in Elmira near the corner of West Water Street and Guinnip Ave.
According to a witness, there are approximately nine police cars after what appeared to be a chase near the area. Elmira Police, State Police, and West Elmira Police are all at the scene.
Elmira Police are on the scene and details are limited at this time. 18 News will have more information as it becomes available.
