It was all smiles today at Notre Dame High Schools 2nd annual Crusader Carnival.

This was a parting gift from the Notre Dame class of 2019 and in partnership with GST BOCES and the ARC of Chemung.

Guests enjoyed a fun-filled day of games, prizes and food. The class looked forward to carrying the tradition on and providing an enjoyable day for everyone.

“It’s exciting because people with differences can have a day to themselves and have fun,” said Notre Dame High School Senior Jordan Fargo.

Her fellow classmate echoed that sentiment.

“We get to have a fundraiser and see how it impacts our community,” said Notre Dame High School Senior Peter Czank.

“Every class in our school has a mercy mission day and this is the crusader carnival which is the senior mercy mission day,” said Notre Dame High School Director of 7th and 8th grades Karen Jennings.

Many said they were thankful for the pleasant weather to hold the event and enjoyed being out in each others company while having some pre-summer fun.
