New York State Trooper Craig Foglia, out of the State Trooper Barracks in Painted Post, was presented with his retirement shield before dozens of troopers and family members.
The 13-year-veteran had pulled a vehicle over for speeding in May of 2017, when a truck crashed into his patrol car. He was critically injured, but today was a day to celebrate his service.
