Two people have been arrested and charged in connection to Friday night’s armed robbery of Uncle Jack’s convenience store in the Town of Southport. 

According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Daniel Ingram and 33-year-old Andrea Ingram, of Gillett, Pa., have been charged with Second Degree Robbery, a class ‘C’ felony. 

Police stopped the two on the Madison Ave. bridge in the City of Elmira and recovered the handgun, which turned out to be a BB gun, used in the robbery, as well as money and other evidence. 

Pa. State Police are also involved in the ongoing investigation in regards to unsolved robberies in their jurisdiction. 

The two are currently behind bars at the Chemung County Jail.
