HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WETM) — Part of Grand Central Avenue will be closed on Monday.
Grand Central will be closed from West Franklin Street to West Broad Street in the Village of Horseheads starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, May 22. The reason for the closure and the reopening time are currently unknown.
