Rochester man arrested for selling crack cocaine in Bath

ALBION, N.Y. (WETM) – An inmate in the Orleans Correctional Facility was arrested by the Village of Bath Police for selling crack cocaine in the village.

Jemarr T. Smith, 34, is serving time for two counts of attempted possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. He is scheduled to be released at the end of Jan. 2020.

Smith’s latest arrest stems from an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine on East Steuben St. in early 2019. Smith is facing new charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both Class B felonies.
