A 17-year-old Rochester teen was arrested last Sunday in connection to a case involving drugs, according to The Bath Police Department.
Jahmere Davis was arrested May 19th by the Rochester Police Department in the city. He was then turned over to Bath Police.
The arrest stems from a sealed indictment for criminal sale of controlled substance charges. Davis was also arrested for failure to appear in court on charges stemming from a search warrant earlier this year, police said.
Davis was sent to the Steuben County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
