Today was the official closing ceremony for St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The church had plans to close down for a while now due to lack of parishioners and more recently a ceiling tile falling during mass.

The service started with a prayer and a few hymns. Father Matthew Jones then made a few closing remarks.

The service ended with a ceremonial ribbon tying over the doors to signify that the church is now closed permanently.
