The three suspects accused of beating a man to death and putting his body in a dumpster in Elmira’s Southside last week are waiving their rights to preliminary hearings.

Fabian Bonaparte, 36, Khari Monroe, 20 and a 17-year-old suspect all agreed to have their cases go directly to Chemung County Court.

Monore and the 17-year-old offender were both released on house arrest and Bonaparte’s bail was lowered to $10K cash in exchange for waiving their hearings.

All three will be scheduled to appear in Chemung County court at a later date.
