Scott and Ally from WINK 106 join 18 News Today anchors Elizabeth Worthington and Jordan Brown every Friday to discuss trending and buzzworthy topics in “The Buzz with Scott & Ally.”

Today we all have an excuse to ditch the fruit and grab a donut for breakfast (or lunch and dinner, no judgment!). It’s National Donut Day.

Besides for donuts, the pair is also very excited about a new partnersip between Amazon and L’Oreal that will make buying your lipstick online a lot easier – you’ll actually be able to try it on now!

Alternatively, another company is working to bring online interactions back to real life. Online dating app Bumble is opening up a cafe and wine bar to serve as a designated meeting spot and hang-out for online daters. Bumble Brew is expected to open in Manhattan’s SoHo area in the fall.

Plus, according to a new survey, the #1 most common house rule for families is to “always say ‘please and thank you.'”
