The Chemung County Legislative chambers received a brand-new seal that now sits on the wall in the front of the chambers.
The Legislature had it’s last sign for decades before they reached out to a local sign design shop in Elmira to get a brand new-look for the room.
JHJD design of Elmira, currently owned by Jeremy Hogan, is the company that created the sign the Legislature chambers. The company actually put the date the sign that was given to the chambers in order to keep track of how long the seal will remain on the wall.
The decade’s old seal is now on its way to the historical society.
