A Rochester man is in the Steuben County Jail, after a traffic stop in which Police say they found a substantial amount of drugs and cash.
David Binion, 20, of Rochester, N.Y. was stopped by police on East Morris St. in the village of Bath. During the stop, officers say they called in a Sheriff’s K-9 unit and discovered a quantity of narcotics and a large amount of cash.
Binion was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony. He was arraigned in Bath Village Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail on $25,000 cash and $50,000 bond. He is set to re-appear in Village Court on May 23rd.
