A Village of Bath woman is facing felony charges for reckless endangerment.
New York State Troopers and the Village of Bath Police Department were dispatched to a possible stabbing near the area of 7162 St Rt 54 in the Town of Bath when they found the victim walking.
Officials located 46-year-old Joseph Hojnoski with a stab wound to the back,
An investigation found 46-year-old Amy Jo Ayers had stabbed Hojnoski. He was see at the Ira Davenport hospital and transported to Robert Packard Hospital, ICU. He is currently in stable condition.
Ayers was arraigned in the Town of Bath Court and sent to the Steuben County Jail on $10,000 cash bail and $20,000 property bail. Ayers is scheduled to reappear at a later date in the Town of Bath Court.
