Three people are facing charges after a mobile meth lab was discovered in the Village of Horseheads.
Horseheads Police pulled over the vehicle on Friday, May 17 on Pleasant Street around 12:35 p.m. and discovered an “active methamphetamine production device” inside.
Frank Barra, 40, of Corning was charged with Unlawful Production of Methamphetamine in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree.
Barra was arraigned in the Town of Southport Court and remanded to the Chemung County Jail without bail.
The driver of the vehicle was released after being charged with traffic and vehicle violations.
A passenger in the vehicle was charged with Possession of Marijuana and later released.
