ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) — A missing Pennsylvania girl has been found safe. State police issued an amber alert for 7 year old Kayla Delrosario after they said she was abducted by her father. They also said the girl’s mother was missing. Pennsylvania state police later tweeted both the girl and her mother were found safe and the amber alert was canceled.

An appeals court has upheld Thomas Clayton’s first-degree murder charge in the death of his wife, Kelley Stage Clayton. The decision came down after Clayton’s attorney argued that the prosecution’s case lacked solid evidence. Clayton is currently serving life in prison without parole at sing sing correctional facility.

A new rule for travelers could have you waiting in line at your nearest DMV. Airports across the country will soon only accept real ids for domestic travel. You still have one year to make the change, but the transportation security administration has a friendly warning, to get it done, before it’s too late.
