ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM)- Federal Aviation officials are investigating a deadly plane crash in Albany.
According to the F-A-A. the Cessna 303 crashed into a home in Union vale leaving 2 people dead and 4 others injured.
State police have identified the two killed in the crash as pilot Francisco Knipping-Diaz and 61-year-old resident Gerard Bocker.
