Heather talks about how you want to be aware of all parts of the body when planking. You should feel the plank not only in your core, but also in your legs, and arms.
If you can plank for longer than 2 minutes straight, there’s a good chance you may not have the right form. If it’s too easy, you may want to check your body placement and make the proper adjustments.
