There are several new apps, and pieces of technology to help one make and keep a year-end resolution.
According to offers.com, losing weight and exercising more are at the top of New Year’s resolution lists.
Suzanne Kantra of the technology website Techlicious had this to say on technology and weight loss resolutions: “plenty of gadgets help you stick to new years resolutions… Fitbit is great in terms of being able to challenge other people to meet your fitness goal”
For others, a New Years resolution could be to spend less. Apps such as Nerdwallet, Acorns, and Mint can help you get back on track in 2019. Providing easy tools to set a budget and track spending.
There are also apps to track how much time one spends using apps. Screen time on IOS and Digital Well-Being on Android are built-in ways to track time spent on devices and set goals to cut back.
