NTSB publishes letter demanding access to wreckage of limo in Schoharie crash

In a letter addressed to Schoharie County District Attorney Susan Mallery, the NTSB says they have been denied access to the limo involved in a crash that killed 20 people in Schoharie in October.

The letter, dated December 14, 2018, was posted on the NTSB website and forwarded out via social media.

The NTSB accuses the DA’s office of being unresponsive to attempts by the NTSB to obtain information via letters, emails and phone calls. The NTSB says they were repeatedly told the DA’s schedule is full.

NEWS10 ABC has also reached out to the DA and visited the DA’s office but has been told she is in meetings all day.

NEWS10 ABC will continue to update this story with the latest information.
