A Webster barber is receiving national attention after his good deed went viral.
A customer with disabilities showed up looking to get a haircut but he had no way of getting inside. Instead of turning the customer away, the barbershop came to him.
The barber, Victor Burgos, was giving another customer a haircut when he received a call from outside. So Burgos decided to give him a fresh trim right there. Photos taken of the haircut have since been featured on Inside Edition, Yahoo and Fox News.
Burgos said he’s cut hair in garages and shops but never before outside while on the clock.
“How cool is this that we can do a haircut outside and wanted to show it off and make the gentleman haircut feel pretty cool and make his day even more,” Burgos said.
Burgos said the customer was incredibly thankful for the cut and that he looks forward to seeing him return and, if need be, will go outside once again to make the cut happen.
