Packaged vegetables from Green Giant, Trader Joe’s and Signature Farms being recalled

UNITED STATES (WSYR-TV) — According to the Food and Drug Administration some vegetables sold under the Green Giant, Trader Joe’s and Signature Farms labels are being recalled.

Packages of butternut squash, cauliflower, zucchini and vegetable bowls could have been contaminated with Listeria.

The vegetables were packaged in a factory in Biddeford, Maine and were distributed to stores across the U.S. They have a “Best if Used By” date between June 26 and 29, 2019.

No Green Giant canned or frozen vegetables were included in the recall.
