PennDOT announces Bridge replacement on Locey Creek Road in Tioga County


MONTOURSVILLE, Pa. (WETM) – A PennDOT bridge crew in Tioga County will begin replacing a bridge on Route 4017 (Locey Creek Road) in Chatham Township. The bridge is located between Bee Hive Road and Lee Hill Road.

PennDOT officials say the work will begin the week of July 7, but did not provide an official start date or time.

A detour will be in place during this project using Route 249, Glenn Road, Treat Road and Lee Hill Road.

Work is expected to be completed by the end of September, weather permitting.
