Cynthia Nixon was in Syracuse Sunday evening, trying to find her way into a Democratic Primary.

Last month, she lost to Governor Cuomo at the Party’s convention. The governor won more than 95% of Democratic votes.

Nixon was at Co-Works on East Jefferson St. Sunday, kicking off her push to gather 15,000 petition signatures needed to force a vote among Democrats. 


The Sex and the City TV star was in Rochester and Syracuse kicking off the petition effort. We were told Nixon would not speak to the press at Sunday’s event.

Nixon does have the Working Families line on the November ballot, already.
