Poll: Americans Say Trump Should Stop Tweeting

News

A majority of American voters think the President-Elect should get rid of his personal twitter account while in office.

A Quinnipiac University poll found 59 percent of voters surveyed said Trump should ditch his personal Twitter account — his signature form of communication.

Some 35 percent of voters say the President-Elect should keep on tweeting.

Just this weekend, Trump was criticized for condemning the cast of Broadway’s “Hamilton” in a Twitter tantrum.

The actors urged Vice President-Elect Mike Pence, who was in the audience, to help lead an inclusive administration during the show’s curtain call.
