UPDATE (5:35 p.m.): The Office of the Bradford County Coroner has released new details regarding Monday’s deadly crash.
Ceaira Lynn Kirkner, 26, of Troy was pregnant when she was ejected from her vehicle after colliding head-on with another vehicle on State Route 6.
Kirkner also had two female children in the vehicle at the time of the crash ages one and five.
An autopsy on Kirkner will be performed Wednesday, Feb. 6 at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, N.Y.
The driver of the second vehicle refused treatment at the scene.
Pennsylvania State Police are continuing to investigate the crash.

A Pennsylvania woman is dead after being struck head-on in a car crash.
Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda are investigating a fatal accident that took place in Bradford County on Monday night.
The two-vehicle crash happened just before 9 p.m. near the intersection of Porter Rd. and Sylvania Rd. in Columbia Twp. and cost one 26 year-old woman her life.
The two drivers were traveling in opposite directions and struck each other nearly head-on. The second driver was a 26-year-old male.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene by the Bradford County Coroner. Pennsylvania State Police Reconstructionists and Forensice Services Personnel were dispatched to the scene. Police said the investigation is ongoing at this time.
