Protestors March Against Dakota Access Pipeline

Protestors marched in Corning opposing construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline through North Dakota on Tuesday.

The pipeline is scheduled to travel underneath the Missouri River near Standing Rock Sioux Indian Territory.

The river serves as the primary source of drinking water for the tribe of 10,000.

Pipeline builders insist they have taken extraordinary measures to ensure the safety of the water, but the tribe still fears contamination.
