A Syracuse man accused of driving drunk inside the fairgrounds on Sunday is facing several charges.
Troopers say 46-year-old Glenn A. Krisak was near the infirmary on the edge of the fairgrounds – when he tried to drive his car into an area filled with fair visitors.
Witnesses alerted police, who quickly stopped Krisak and determined he had a blood alcohol content of at least .30%
He’s charged with aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, and failure to obey a traffic control device.
He was arraigned in the Town of Solvay and sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center without bail.
