Whitneyville Pennsylvania, usually a pretty quiet place, comes alive this week for the 52nd Annual Tioga County Fair.
“People look forward to it the whole year. For me personally, this has always been my favorite part of the summer. It’s just a great time, you see everyone and you catch up, it just wouldn’t be the same without it,” Morgan Caty, a Junior Fair Board Member said.
A summertime favorite among many, the Tioga County Fair has something for all ages. From the usual rides, fair food, and vendors, to rodeos, tractor pulls, livestock, and home grown goods, they’ve got it all. Even a concert from the area’s own Taylor Acorn, named one of Billboard’s 15 new artists to watch in 2018.
“You’ll get to come out and see amazing rides, great food, a bunch of animals, if there’s any part of agriculture that you’re interested in we have it somewhere at this fair you just need to come out explore a little bit and you’re sure to find it,” Said Caty.
The fair runs through Saturday.
