This isn’t Evans’ first brush with the law. She was arrested in April 2013 for heroin possession and for allegedly assaulting her then-husband Courtland Rogers. That August, she pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, but later violated her probation by testing positive for marijuana. Four months after that, she was arrested for attacking her now-fiancé Nathan Griffith while she was pregnant with her second child.
