Three arrested after Hornell drug bust

Three people were arrested by the Hornell Police Department after a search warrant was executed Friday afternoon on Bostwick Place.

Police seized heroin, methamphetamine, packaging material, scales, and needles and charged three men:

  • Leo Preston, 36
    • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony)
    • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (D Felony)
    • Criminal Nuisance in the First Degree (E Felony)
    • Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument, 8 counts (A Misdemeanor)
    • Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, 2 counts (A Misdemeanor)
  • Patrick M. Adams, 34
    • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony)
    • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (D Felony)
    • Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree (A Misdemeanor)
  • Jacob R. Eygabroat, 41
    • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony)
    • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (D Felony)

All three were held in the Hornell City lockup awaiting arraignment.
