Is Crisis in crisis mode?

NBC’s midseason drama starring Gillian Anderson and Dermot Mulroney, has gone on an unplanned production hiatus, Deadline reports.

Bubble Shows: Which will survive?

The show has finished shooting six episodes, including the pilot, but is now taking a break for “course correction,” during which writers will work on scripts and tweak story lines. Parts of completed episodes may be re-shot, according to Deadline. Senior level writers are reportedly also being brought in to assist creator Rand Ravich.

Crisis is one of the most highly-anticipated midseason shows, and the shutdown comes after concerns that some episodes were not living up to the quality of the pilot, according to Deadline.
