(WETM) – Clear the Shelters 2019 was a success.
Watch the two digital exclusive interviews of heartwarming tales of adoption; one from the Chemung County SPCA and SPCA of Tompkins County.
All across the region, including the Twin Tiers, families came together to adopt and provide a loving home for an animal seeking just that.
The Finger Lakes SPCA, SPCA of Tompkins County, Stray Haven Humane Society and SPCA, and Chemung County SPCA each had a stellar turnout.
Here are the animals adopted from this year’s Clear the Shelter:
Chemung County SPCA: 4 dogs, 8 cats
Finger Lakes SPCA: 12 cats, 2 rabbits
Stray Haven Humane Society and SPCA: 10 cats, 4 dogs
SPCA of Tompkins County: 7 cats, 4 kittens, 2 rabbits
Stray Haven would like to note that one of their animals did not get adopted, ‘Shelby’ and if you are interested she is available.
The shelters said they are happy for the turnout and thankful for the continued support.
